Studio Indiana's fine photography books document significant aspects of Indiana's cultural heritage which are often ignored or forgotten. Each volume presents nearly 200 images of objects and places that may soon disappear forever.

Our books are made with high-grade coated paper. Photographs are printed as duotones (using both black and brown inks), creating a pleasing sepia tint. Covers are heavy 10-pt. coated stock, laminated with a clear protective film, with 3" inward-folding flaps. Such outstanding features assure that Studio Indiana books are of superior quality—books you can be proud to own or give as gifts—and at an affordable price.

We are currently working on two new books, and welcome your suggestions for locations to photograph.

Transportation in Indiana will be the focus of one book. Vehicles and structures related to all aspects of travel—trains, railroad buildings, interurbans, cars, garages, automobile factories, boats, barges, waterways, canals, airports, airplanes, and horse power—will be included. Click here to see some sample images that we've shot so far.

Buildings constructed for civic and cultural purposes that are central to the social fabric of Indiana, is the theme of our second book. We want to depict structures erected with money from "taxes, tithes, or tuition"—municipal buildings of all sorts, public utilities, schools, and churches. Click here to see some sample images that we've shot so far.

We need your help. Tell us about buildings or objects you feel should be included in either book by sending John an email. Thank you.
